Real Training...Real Careers...for Real life.

At Central Louisiana Technical College, these aren't just buzz words; they are our mission. Our "CenlaWorks" classes are designed "By Industry, For Industry" to provide YOU with the skills needed for employment in skilled occupations.

If you are unemployed, under-employed or just considering a career change, many of CLTC's classes will provide you with the information you need to explore new careers.

The CLTC CenlaWorks Workforce Development Training Program was created for industry by industry to expedite employment. It was designed to prepare students for hundreds of entry-level positions throughout CENLA that start out with salaries ranging from $10 - $16 per hour with, in most cases, benefits.

Central Louisiana has enjoyed an increasing average employment rate, which is expected to rise even more with the arrival of new businesses and the expansions happening at several companies (CLEDA).
